• We donate to non-profit organizations that serve our community

• Organizations must be recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code

• Because of the volume of requests we receive, we can consider only requests submitted on this form

• Donations are for charitable purposes only (e.g., auctions and raffles)

• Requests must be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance of the date the item is needed

• Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation
